Took deposit over $9,000 and did no work wouldn't return calls Ripoff

May contracted with Bob Leitenberger of United Roofing/United Exteriors/United Builders for an addition and new kitchen

Start date was Aug 1 finish date of Aug 15. Lots of delays, they tried to blame the twp for holding up the permit. However twp had their ducks in a row and all telephone attempts to contact United were documented.

Listen to Bob's excuses and final complition date was 1/20/07 —no show no work and no money returned. Hired lawyer and am now persuing legal action.

Also filed with BBB but same story as other consumers, found them to be apparently on the side of the business. The business had 30 days to reply to my complaint and when he did I was sent a letter that I only had 10 days to respond or they would mark file appropriately. I responded to them that it was not satisfied but they have not responded to me.

They did ask for a donation though
