On 6th June we received a letter from the company dated 30 May stating that we owed $290 to EMCARE ER PHYSICIANS

On 6th June we received a letter from the aforementioned company (dated 30 May), stating that we owed $290 to EMCARE ER PHYSICIANS relating to a medical or ambulance service (which is it for goodness sake!).

We have not been in the United States since November 1997 (Florida) - my wife did take ill at this time & was hospitalised - our insurance company settled in 1998 (around $3000)

They have spelt our name incorrectly (FULL NAME REDACTED) & have our country as Enland United, rather than just, United Kingdom, OR, England, United Kingdom
