Dishonest! Debited account without proper authizoration, will not refund after advising they would! Ripoff

I recieved a call, advising me it was a "courtesy call" for my husband to let him know he was listed as "VIP" status. Because we have several magazine subscriptions I thought nothing of it. He asked if it would be ok to send information for my husband to review and assured me it was NOT a solicitation, I said yes only because I thought my husband may want to review it. About 2 weeks later he realized that his account was debited 149.95. He immediatly went to the bank and we found that they had taken this money. Now my husband has never written a check to this company and I am not on this account, so I gave them NO information, they told the bank rep. That this info was electronically genterated from what they had on file. We have no idea how it is they actually obtained it to begin with. Whats more disturbing is that the check was written out to Credit Reports??? After speaking with them several times they reviewed a tape and because it was my voice on the tape and I am not on this account they said they would return the money. We actually have a voicemail on our phone advising us it would be within 10 business days. This was Dec. 10. This all started the end of November. We are now in Feb. They DO NOT return calls and when I we spoke to Sarah (who is extremely rude), she only gives us the run around saying she needs to hear the tape because the person we first dealt with Trevor Brown was no longer with them. We have proven what they asked, faxed bank documents, and they have the evidence on the tape. My voice. They still have never returned the money. These people are absolute crooks. Since when does a "courtesy" call cost 149.95? By the way we have never received the informational packet that this "courtesy call" was all about.
