Citibank - Nouvelle Talent
Ripoff has not paid its contracted promotion talent workers!

Citibank contracted with Nouvelle Talent last year to have workers promote their presence of ATMs in 7/11s. This contract and assignment was finalized in October. The various Talent from Nouvelle, including myself, wore Citibank company t-shirts while on the 7/11 premises and passed out Citibank/7/11 mugs and a Citibank special offer to potiential clients.

Initially, my agent, April, told me that the time frame for invoicing on this project would be about 30 days and a week for check clearing time. The president of Nouvelle, Toni Sipka, extended the time (some time much later) to 45 days with a 10 day check processing turn around.By this time, Christmas was approaching and I, as well as other talent, called and e-mailed the Company Office for a response with no success. Finally, after Christmas, Toni stated that Citibank has not paid her for our project, but that she is working on it.

After several e-mails send by Toni, I contacted Citibank myself and confirmed that payment has been made for this project and that if we need any further assistance to contact Nouvelle only. Nouvelle gives us one story while Citibank offers another and refuses to investigate nor reveal when Nouvelle received their payment. Toni now threatens us by stating she will deduct a percentage of our wages if we contact Citibank regarding this.

I have documentation of everything! Four mounths later, still unpaid, I am pretty pissed about not getting paid for a job well done. So well done, that I was offered employment by one of the Citibank Offices. I have borrowed money, accrued late fees and delayed many bills. I would like to take them to court NOW
