Simply put this dealership is a joke.

The sales clowns are totally ignornat especially the moron I dealt with named Arsani (check spelling as you will find very few names in this place that are easy to spell) with the exception of Brad Taylor the G.M. Who is a total scumbag.

They were too stupid to calulate the correct sales tax on an out-of-state deal and long after they should have had my Title to me they tried to extort another $300 because of their incompetence and ignornace. If you need a car don't even bother with these buffoons SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

This is by far the worst dealership in the country run by a bunch of lowlifes

Simply avoid luxury motors in downers grove at all costs!

My attorney is working on the legal matters reagrding a signed and executed sales agreement and then these incompetent lowlifes trying to fraud me out of another $300.

Also, the car had several defects they tried to hide I later found out.
