No Title after 34 days and counting, Porsche Tire Pressure Monitoring system removed prior to delivery

1. I am still waiting for the title to the car I bought with cash more than 34 days ago. After reading many complaints about them on different forums, I wonder if I will ever get the title! Many phone calls to their "title department" went unanswered. I could not get help from anyone at the dealership. Will need to file complaint with State Attorney General of Indiana and Illinois.

2. I purchased a vehicle from Luxury Motors in Downers Grove, IL on 10/27. After traded in my old vehicle, I purchased a new one with a check and credit card. The vehicle was considered used even though it had only 70 miles since it was titled before. The car had an aftermarket wheels and tires which was not disclosed by this dealer. After I drove off the lot on my way home, the warning light for Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) went on and remained on. I took the car to Porsche dealership and they confirmed that there was no TPMS installed. Testing driving this vehicle a few times before buying it did not reproduce this warning light.

I believed they removed them for their own profit before I took it off the lot. It will now cost me $1000 to have it replaced. Even if they did not illegally remove the TPMS, they did not disclose to me about the lack of TPMS, which, by law, is required on all 2007 model. Calling to complain only gets nowhere. They said for me to live and drive without it. They will not offer to do anything. I believe their action is fraudulent and may even be criminal. Only after reading the reviews of Luxury Motors on various websites that I came to conclusion of their criminal behavior.
