Ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees

My credit limit was $1600.00 when I didn't pay
I consolidated my bills which they agree on the payment then next thing I know they dropped their self from the program next thing m bills is up to $2221.00 their talking about late fee and over the limit fee. It's not fair that they ruin my credit when I was paying throug the program.
