Cold Hearted ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees

My wife has been fighting with the company for two years. The situation is she had a card that had only a 300 dollar limit. Now the bill is up to 1500 dollars. The reason for all this is that my wife was divorced with three kids and never recieved child support to help her with the bills.

She only charged $280 the she was hit with a late fee that pushed her over her limit and from then it has been out of controll she try to do what was right she set up the bank to have 40 dollars a month pulled out of her checking account because that is all she could pay but they still kept adding on late charges and over the limit charges this went on for a year.

She has try to settle with them but they want. She had to chang her phone number because we were getting 5 to 7 calls a day. Again today I try to settle with them but they are not the smartest people in the world. After dealing with a young lady who called me four times in a row with only 30 seconds between hang ups. Are
