Fraud, rip off, hard to break contract, bad leads, repeat same houses

What a rip. I was told that probaly 75% of the leads worked out. How about none! Most if even real, do not give their address or phone numbers. If they do and you call, they ask to be removed from your list.

I only got three leads a month at the most and many were fakes or would soon unsubscribe. You only have 24 hours to figure out if one might not be real or they count. The worst part is that somewhere the small print they continue your contract after it expires on a month to month basis and draw the money out of your account without any kind of notice the your contract is FINALLY over. Also in the small print is that you have to cancel before the middle of the month or they go ahead and charge you for the next month too.

I tried to cancel but you can't just do it over the phone. They must then send you an e-mail (which doesn't come too quickly) that has the secret fax number to send your request in to. Once that is done you will get another e-mail to confirm it but also states you need to talk to a customer service rep. This will go on for a while as they take the approach that you are "thinking" about canceling.

Tonight I was informed that I had to pay even though I started out giving them all notice. At the end the rep said she was going to hang up and call the third party collection agency! There goes the credit score!

I lost a chunk of money with these freaks and now they are going to hurt my credit scores! It's funny, I e-mailed them many times about the fact that they were sending my leads the same houses over and over again, (how professional that made me look) and I couldn't get a reply. I gave notice to cancel and not make any more payments and I guess I got close to six phone calls in three days.
