Sells real estate buyer leads

This organization contacts you and promises that you have nothing to risk, that you will be sent quality buyer leads and if for some chance one does not work out they will send you a replacement. The leads they send are bogus and if you try to cancel they will require you keep the account open for 30 days and charge you for every bogus lead. I tried to cancel in 3 days, I requested 5 leads a month and they charged me for 11 leads over 3 weeks after I had cancelled.
