I am also the victim of this company. I was contacted by this company, part of MoneyTree, as a source of referral leads. They stated their leads were qualified and had a closure rate of 10%. Leads were far from what was promised phone numbers and e-mails were invalid, leads were weeks old, credit and income issues... Overall very poor quality of leads. It was basicallly cold calling, certainly not a referral. They charge $485 per month plus a 15% referral fee for any closed leads. They charge average 30 leads for $485.

I called the Customer Care and left several messages and got no response. I emailed the sales rep and left message on her voice mail, finally I got a call from her and the response was sacastic. I said to her the 30 days money back guarantee policy, she said I need to talk to the Accounting Department.
When I talked to the Accounting Dept, the person who is in charge told me I would not get charge again if I cancel by fax to notify them at least 7 days prior to the next order date. (by the way, these words were small print.)

After receiving leads for 2-1/2 weeks, I called to cancel and left a message. The process for cancelling was to fax in a form. Before canceling, I wanted to speak to someone to understand if I would get my full quota of leads. It took almost two week to get someone on the phone. During that time they charged my credit card for another month. And was told that they would not refund either months fee. So far no business or even an appointment out of 42 leads. Do not waste your time or money on this service.
