These people are true rip off artists.

We applied for a lone to buy a house and of course the lender
has to send out paperwork to verify income and bil paying history.

Well, all sources returned their answer except stone gate.
When the lender called them they said, "oh! We forgot all about it". Liars!!!

And when we moved we cleaned up the appartment and everything.

They said we owed them monies for clean up work
to the appartment.

This was totally untrue!

The only problem was that the water heater had began to leak and we told the management dept.

About it.

They kept our deposit of 150.00 which
we had no problem with.

But to say we owe them!!! How?

Finally to top it off they served a law suit against me for money i never owed.

Paid the extortion to be rid of them.

I reported this so that any one in augusta georgia who is looking for an appartment should never under any circumstances consider stone gate appartments.

The rent maybe cheap-but moving out will cost your ass... They use no grease!!!
