Denial approval for board

I, Bella Yatskayer, owner of 50 brighton 1st road # 4F, Brooklyn, NY 11235. Because of crises in economics i am unable to pay for my mortgage but my sister is willing to pay-off my mortgage and become owner of this appartment because our grandmother lives in this appartment. She got aprasal from the bank for $180.000 and got approved for $150.000 mortgage plus $50.000 she will pay from her own pocket. The board denied her application because thet want me to sell my appartment for $300.000 to my own sister. There is a public web site where it shows that appartments in this building went for $165.000-200.000. Director of the board is ignoring my attempts to get in touch with her, she doesn't want to even explain why she denied my application.in my understanding, with the situation that is going on in the country, it is better to cell this appartment for $200.000 then loose it for forclosure. Forclosure is a bad reputation for your building. Please help me with this situation, my grandmother is 78 y old and we want her to stay there and have her own place.
