Mice infestation

On the third floor there has been a mice infestion and nothing is being done about them. Traps do not help and my Mother who is quite eldely has seen mice in her appartment. The manager is not doing anything about this problem and i know that the other floors have them also. If nothing gets done i will notify the board of health and tell them the building has rats. This is the second time i have written you - my sister-in-law has called and now i want some action to be taken. Thank you
