Socs is garnishing my wife's wages illegally, as we were never notified, and we live in Texas

No notice was ever sent about their intent, they wouldn't tell us who this was from. Not the first time this has happened, but we live in Texas now, and state laws are different here. Legally the only items you can garish wages for here is child support and taxes. Therefore socs is breaking the law, and should be held accountable.
