Garnishment

I am writing, because I feel as if the company Pasisades Acquisition is garnishing my wages without informing when I don't owe them any money, for the last three months I have been trying to track down who was garnishing my wages, because my employer would not tell me. However, I ordered my credit report, and the company listed above was on it, that's when I went to public records in my state and found that I had civil judgment taken out with this company for over 2 years.

I then looked on the internet for the company address and telephone number;however, when I called the number listed it is disconnected, the problem I am having is, I do not even know the company they are representing, or why they took me to court, and why are they garnishing my wages. Every week I have 50 to 100 dollars come out of my check, I do mean every week because I get paid WEEKLY. I started doing some research and found that this company is a total rip off.

I feel that they are ripping me off as well, and I have no idea how to stop them from garnishing my wages;furthermore, I didn't even get any warning they were going to do so, I received my pay check and there is was, over 80 dollars was taken out. I really would like help on this matter, or what steps I could take to get this matter solved, and to stop money from coming out of my pay check.
