Aref Shafik aka Creative Designs ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell deceptive company ruined my house

Aref represented himself as a professional contractor, in order to build a bedroom/bathroom addition for a handicapped woman. A job that was promised in 6 weeks took 6 months and is yet to be finished.

The work that was actually "completed" is beyond atrocious. Walls are crooked, floors uneven, horrible painting job, cracking siding, dangerous ramps, uneven bumpy tiling job, no regard for handicapped accessibility (the purpose of the room).

Because he did all this and destroyed our inground swimming pool, grass, fence, basement, etc., we will not allow him to return. Consequently, we are receiving no compensation, help, or money for repairs totaling $30,000.
