On February 18 Creative Roofing and crew showed up to put on a new roof and to repair the sagging ceiling in the Den area after a severe hail and rain storm. After a day of completion, of the job I noticed, by looking from the ground there were some shingles were loose, and you could see it from the yard I immediately call Creative Designs at 678-524-7983 and spoke with the lady in the front office and asked her to send someone out to check the roof, but that never happend. I waited and waited, until now, I've beening trying now for months on and off dialing the number on my receipt to no avail; needless to say, they never answer the phone, nor do they return the many messages I have left. The holes in the roof are now very large so I am having to be bothered with the squirrels, large rodents (rats) and possums are going through the roof into the actic and into the walls making loud chewing and scratching noised all day and night, this is quite disturbing to me and my family. Please help me to get these people out to take care the job they received payment for and they did a halp job. Please help me locate them to repair the inside ceiling and the out side roof.
