I purchased a simple car stereo plug, which cost $16, and it would not work on the radio they said it would. I took the plug, along with my receipt, for a refund and they declined, saying it should've worked. They call themselves "Creative, " yea, they're creative alright. Creative inn keeping your money. Glad I didn't purchase anything like a car stereo system from them. They'd probably say it wouldn't fit either. After taking your money, of course!
