New Direction Builders comitted fraud! Ripoff

Don Addison who is vice-president of New Direction Builders took $3,500 deposit on 8/26 to promise to complete my backyard landscaping within couple weeks, but only 50% of the job was done. I called him so many times, but he changed his cell phone number. I sent him e-mail, but he is disconnected his service. I faxed to the office but no responses. He did the same thing to my friend. Please help us!!!
