Balanced checks, caused pain and suffering, caused me a bad credit report, working for free, not getting paid on time or at all. Late checks. Check cashings looking for me for money they gave me. Ripoff

I work for florence her company is called betina cleaning system. I been working there for about 5 months now and i been having problems with her giving me late checks then when i get them i have a hard time cashing them at check cashings becuase of her bad reputation then when i finally cash my check the next time i bring another check to the same check cashing they tell me the previous check was balanced and i need to get the money back from florence. They never reach her and when i tell her she tells me she will take care of it and never does. I opened a bank account with citizens back with one of her checks and one week later it came back as a balanced check so they wanted a balanced fee. I told florence she never fixed it. 2 months went by citizens back closed my account and reported me to the credit bureau. I am still asking her for the money to pay the balanced fee she wrote me a check for that amount i go to cash it at the bank they tell me it's not good. That check has been almost 3 months late i still never recieved. She's not paying any of her employee's on time and when she pays them they all come up balanced a week or 2 later. She claims she's not getting paid enough to pay us. She never returns calls or calls me about my money when i ask her she tells me she will give it to me and never does. I have recieved all my balanced checks form the check cashings and i recieved letters from my bank to take legal action against me for the $180 i owed them for the bad check and i keep telling her and she's not doing nothing about it. I work overnight and i don't even get paid for overtime.
