Theodora I Texeira High Price for roach & rat infested apartment

In my opinion, all Theodora I "Theo" Texeira wants is quick money. She does not care about the living conditions of her tenants. Theo is so shady that she charges more for apartments that she rents out as Section 8. I found out this information by speaking to another tenant. We have the SAME exact apartment but, the Section 8 tenant pays more. Theo is an absentee landlord that lives in Kissimmee, FL and a lot of time repairs and general maintenance like snow shovling go undone. The building I am talking about is in Boston, Mass. Theo has some really low-life tenants but, she does not care. The hallways are dirty, people hanging out at all hours of the night smoking pot and raggaeton or rap music. An issue I had was my cable being stolen. So many times I had issues with my cable and come to find out that an illegal line was going to different apartments.
