They arrested me for no reason ripoff

In June '06 my boyfriends friend called the police on me because I threw him out for trying to break my boyfreind and me up. Ever since I came to Texas he has been trying to break us up.

The police made him leave and go to his cousins house. And they left my boyfriend and I were in side he had a hold of me like hugging me and his back was turned to the door. About 5 minutes after they left they walked back into my house it was a black female and two mexican males. My boyfriend put his hands in the air and I turn away and the one mexican male grabbed me by my throat and pushed me down on the loveseat. I said to him I appreciate you chocking me and he said no this isn't chockinf so he grabbed my troat tighter and said now this is. Then he had let me up and asked my boyfriend if every thing was okay. He said yes that me and him arn't the ones beefing.

Then the police left and I went into the bedroom and called my step mom because I was upset. Like 15 minutes later they walked back into my house and came into the bedroom and told me to get off the phone because I was under arrest for assualt against the disabled. My boyfriend has cerebral palsy which is not noticable he walks with a little limp. But any ways they said when they walked in they saw me push him. But I didn't he put his hands up because they just came charging in our house.

I spent three days in jail then my boyfriend bailed me out. After about 2 1/2 months the case finially got filed in Dallas and it was dismissed because my boyfriend told the police in the begining that I didn't push him and he told the DA that too cuz the police should have never charged me with that when he told them from the jump I never put my hands on him and they just wanted a reason to but me in jail.
