Harrasment calls in which I filed a lawsuit ripoff

Thanks to this website and my telephone service, I have an attorney who is suing RPM for nonstop harassing calls. I am now receiving three in an hour. It is very frustrating when all they do is hang up. They are unprofessional and need to be put out of business! They claim in order for them to stop calling an individual must put this in writing. Well I did, via email and they still call. They have a guy there by the name of Jeremy who claims he is a Supervisor and that has not been edged in stone yet.

I have called and he answers and will not put me on with his supervisor. Fortunately, we are able to prove our case because we use Packet 8, which is a telephone service that goes through the internet. At the end of each month we are able to go and print out all calls to and from our home. We have RPM calling here at 3:00A.M. And hanging up.

My next suggestion to anyone who is going through this is to either change your telephone service. If you do not want to do that, call your local police/sheriff's department and file a complaint. This way you have a case number and you should be able to pull all records from your telephone company. You need to contact a lawyer in your area and tell them you have proof with nonstop harassing calls from this company. Contact the Better Business Bureau in Bothell, Wa. And report them also.

It is totally illegal for them to do what they are doing! As for the girl who is on this website stating they are calling 38 times in one day, you need to take action against them! I want to help others, I will see if my attorney is willing to take on more cases. Maybe a class action to put these people out of business.
