Sprint Fraud Department Is USELESS To Customers!
Spent 3 hrs on phone with Srint to reach Fraud Dept. And they say "NOTHING WE CAN DO! Overland Park

For several nights between 12:30 A.M. - 2: A.M. I have received calls from 2 seperate cell phne numbers calling me all kinds of abusive names, stating that they are "cops" and stating that I have stolen their cell number and that they are going to have me arrested by the FBI. I have filed a criminal report with the Sheriff's Department and was advised by that department to also file a complaint with Sprint's Fraud Dept.
After spending over 3 hours on the phone with Sprint Customer Service trying to be connected to the Fraud Department... And then actually reaching the fraud department; I was told "there's nothing we can do about those types of calls!"

If anyone out there knows of anyone or any attorney that would be willing to take a class action against Sprint for the huge number of fraud practices of their own that goes on with billing, contracts, switch & baits, etc, etc, please let me know.

If I could get the coverage from any other carrier in our area I'd say good-bye to this horrible company immediately.
