Tech Manual Online, Jim Rojas Sent Control Panel for repair back in April Cashed my check will not ship panel back to me. Email responses that he is working on it. NOW he doesnt return emails.

Last email 9/09 reply-We are still working on a solution. It seems Ademco changed the way they layout the firmware, so it i always difficult to do on the upgraded revisions. Once we figure it all out, future unlocks will be easy.
