Jim Rojas Technical Manuals Online Warning! Alarm panel unlocking... Fraud!

I work for an alarm compnay here and had customers who were locked out of their panels. Seems the alarm company they had used no longer existed. So I wanted to find a way to unlock them saving the customers money.in todays economy I understand anyone and everyone trying to save a dollar. I found Jim Rojas's website (Technical Manulals Online) claiming he could unlock alarm boards for a reasonable fee. The average time for the procedure according to him is 5 to 10 days. The first week of April I sent three boards to him to have unlocked. These were prepaid as per his request. I waited for a while telling the customer the time frame he stated. Then we got into the month of May and I sent him off an email and received no response. I sent other emails with the same result. Now here we are in June and still no contact from him. One customer in particular is hoping to have this done before a family vacation. They are all beginning to get a little upset and i dont blame them. I sent off a couple of emails the other night and still nothing. My only option I see now is to buy these customers a panel to keep my promise and make them happy. Meanwhile Jim has spent the money he was paid and has done nothing for it. I wish I had done a search and found out others had trouble with him before sending him my money. I am truly disappointed in him... And in myself for placing trust in him. I know it happens all the time but I just dont understand how people sleep at night after scamming others out of hard earned money. Beware all!
