Purchased Rainier Hot Tub at the Home Show at Quest Field from the owner Matt and on delivery of the hot tub one of the panels was damage and Apollo Spas promise to replace the panel. They sented there repair tech out to look at the panel and he claim he order the panel and now they won't return my call Matt or his tech have left numous calls and voice messages and have also went to the store and they claim either is never there they took the money and now they won't or don't stand bye the product what a rip off!!! This has been going on since February 17 and it is Now July..
