Stole my down-payment money and failed to return it after vehicle had been repo'd ripoff

On the 5th of Sept. I went to Chapman Chverolet in an effort to purchase my first new vehicle. They had huge incentives at the time, so I thought it would be the perfect oportunity. I met with one of the fleet managers and negotiated a deal I could live with. I, then, met with a finance manager who allegedly, had gotten me approved.

I put $2,350 down cash on a 2006 chevy colorado pickup. Approximately one week later, I was informed that the financing did not go through. I was never even asked to bring the vehicle back. They sent out a repo company to steal the truck back. Then, they stated that I would have to pay for things such as miles wear and tear, etc. Out of my deposit money, but that I would get some money back. This occurred just over two weeks ago. I was assured that someone would be in contact with me and I have heard nothing as of yet.

I've left messages and it appears as though they're avoiding me. Can you please assist me in getting back what is rightfully mine?
