A friend of mine who is a single parent rented an apartment from him for herself and her son. He removed the heat and replaced it with a space heater. When he was asked to replace it his response was I am not fixing anything til you leave. Ripoff

A friend of mine who is a single parent rented a small one bedroom unit from this man. He removed the heat and replace it with a space heater which is not only dangerous but will only heat one room. On several occasions my friend told him the toilet was sinking into the floor and he did nothing.

Air conditioning was provided by a window unit which is fine except that it was dripping water into the unit all over the rug and when she asked him to fix it he told her he would but only after she left.

Her son is an asthmatic and you dont have to be a doctor to know that a wet rug means mold and oh lets see mold can be deadly to an ashthmatic. Lets not forget to mention the termite swarms that would fly around the light in her sons bedroom whenever it was turned on.

Maybe if he and his family were made to live in that unit in the condition it was in when my friend lived there he would think twice about the way he thinks a landlord should be.
