Posted a $149.95 withdraw from my bank account without my permision even after I declined the offer of a credit card. Nationwide

USA Credit took $149.95 out of my bank account without my knowledge or my permission. Had I not taken a good look at my bank transactions on line, I may have been none the wiser. I was applying for a pay Day loan and all my personal financial information was required in order to see if I qualified. But before I submitted it I was asked to check the boxes offering a credit card for a one time fee of $149.95. I quickly deleted all my information, not realizing until now that I had to keep resubmitting my application over and over as my routing number was not accepted as valid and an error message kept displaying and asking me to retype then resubmit the information. I will never again do any transaction requiring any personal or financial information on the internet.
