Is a ripoff scam

I ordered 2 tee shirts from my garb almost two weeks ago and paid $6.95 each for shipping.

I was promised delivery for memorial weekend as the tee shirts had an american flag withan insert of the wtc.

I do have order numbers and i emailed them but i got no response.
