Ugly Duckling Car Sales
Ripoff violent words and billing threats what they will do to me. Abused & mistreated

Well ugly duckling was very good to me in the beggng when i first decided to go and get a car from them... I had tried other places but they told me i will only be able to get a car from them...

So i went and talked it over with my family... After getting the car i made alot a payments on time... After i lost my first job. They started getting very nasty to me...

Yelling/telling me i better go and borrow the money from someone or else... Telling me they don't care... I have in fact got into yelling battles with a customer service rep by the name of michael a black man who would call and harrass all day everyday saying what ever he wanted to...

When i found other people on line and heard it on the news that i wasn't the only one i decided to file a complaint... I just recently got another job and i am 2wks behind but i did make arrangmnts with them on my paycheck i will send in the 2wk paymnts which will be this week ending may 25...

They have started calling and making threats although i made the arrangmnt... They have even yelled at my mother in the home and i have another witness at the local record and cd store when i had another screaming battle with a customer service rep...

I did in fact report but nothing was done even the head man of the rep yelled at me as well... The email addrss is not mine it is my friend odalis zarragoitia and she agreed to let me use it but you can call anytime after 6pm and i will be at home mon thru friday
