Ripoff abused & mistreated

Landlady, wants to charge me an extra $100.00 a month rent to fix driveway, which is to just lay gravel down, on a steep hill, that every time it rains it flushes off the driveway.

Lived here for 3 yrs., and can not get her to fix, unless she can raise the rent. I've asked for 2 yrs to fix. You would have to see this drive way to really believe.

We are going on our fifth car since living here. Can not keep car going cause of hill. We can not afford to move, we can not afford rent any where else, and she knows this.

The basement when it rains gets flooded, ask her to bring pump and pump out, she will not climb the driveway herself, says she doesn't want to tear her vehicle up like ours. She makes us go to her house or to bottom of hill to pick up the pump, which is more wear and tear on vehicle.

We can not get any water or oil delivered to us because of this hill, we have to buy or pray for God to give us water through the summer, and bring up oil in 5 gal. Tanks to put into oil tank, because oil trucks will not bring up oil to us, because they do not want to tear up there trucks.

I do not know what else to do, for we are not on a lease, but we can not afford to move either.
