Washington mutual bank (torrance) ca. First capital did not even gave me a phone no nor their address. Both credit card withdrawn Apr. Until today i did not hear from them. But I recieved a catalog from platinum express and a card with no strip to swipe and no phone number on te plastic card. I suspect this is tantamount as a rip-off. First capital i recieved nothing.
