Ripoff, claim I owe money to AT&T for a cell phone from 1997

First let me state for the record any company can by your information from say a phone company, or a website to contact you.

They got my current cell prepaid cell number that which they got from a credit card company. I do not owe $180.00 to a company that doesn't even exsist any more. When asked if cingular who bought at&t were involved I got no answer and no written inquires and I recorded the phone conversation.
