Att extra mysterious charges mqube iq non existing companies

I just receive my att cell phone bill today. The total was over $200 for a $100 monthly service plan.

My paln is for $96 and some change I understand after taxes and service fees it is expected be a little higher, about $20 more is what every single att representative has told me. But it is far beyond true. I have never paid $120 for my service the very least I have ever paid is $140 but on average I have been paying $160-$175 every month. There seems to be new charges on my bill every month.

This time the new fee really pisses me off. Most months I can just call these company's and get it off my next bill, but this one is different considering the company website is non-exsistant. That's right it does not exsist. That company is www.mqube.com go ahead click on it it won't take you anywhere, but it can charge you on your cell phone bill.

It is a load of BS that they can send random charges to your cell phone bill and make you pay for it. Att will take it off sometimes and other times they will tell you that you need to contact the comapany and take care of yourself. Try telling them the company doesn't exsist they never believe you they ignore yopu and send you on your way. Great service!

This has only been part of my problems with att. The other problem is their own random charges they like to make. First of all I get charged for internet on my second line that does not have internet on it. It is totally disabled you can't even push the internet icon on the phone because it won't allow you.

Second is that the rates fees and taxes change every month it is never the same. And what does att have to say about it? Absolutely nothing "it is all computer controlled we can't do anything about it"

My conclusion is this as soon as I am able to I am dropping att and finding another cell phone company and it will probably be a prepaid at that. I have never had this many problems with prepaid before. Now days you can have everything with prepaid as you can with monthly service for a third of the price.
