Ripoff lies illegal search and seizure faulse accusations

I am here to warn you about the CPHS. These people are money hungry liers and will do anything to take animals to make themselves money.

Paul Gottshall abuses his right as a Humane Officer, and does everything wrong and illegally, according to the Pa statutes of Anti-cruelty.

He came into my house, uninvited, and with no warrant, and took my animals, who were all healthy and happy, and is accusing me of animal cruelty!

Back on Oct 19 he illegally took my animals. He lied to the press stating they took over 70 reptiles as well as cats, dogs and small mammals from my house. I NEVER owned that many reptiles, first off. One of the dogs, and 2 cats he took belonged to my husband, who brought the animals and was there that day visiting with me, (we are seperated), and I still have possession of my reptiles! He told the press that my house was flea and fly infested and feces were all over the house. The only flies that were in the house, were the ones they were letting in by holding my door open! There were NEVER any fleas in there, or feces, (except in the litter box)! I am a fanatic when it comes to things like fleas and flies. I hate them and do everything I can to keep then out of my home. I had just treated my sister-in-laws cat (that she took that day) and there was not a single flea on her cat, or any of mine! He also stated that there was "garbage" everywhere, but didnt mention that the boxes and bags he saw lying around, were my personal belongings that were packed for me to move! I even pointed that out to him!

He went on the air to tv stations, and local newspapers stating all of this. He totally destroyed my reputation and name that I couldnt find a place to live until almost the middle of Jan '06! No one would rent or sell to me because of what was said!

Our hearing to prove my innocence, is June 26th of this year, and the CPHS has already killed half of the animals they took, and adopted the rest out! They cannot do this due to the animals being "evidence" and I was not convicted! They are not to kill any animals unless they are "found to be disabled, injured or diseased beyond reasonable hope of recovery." That is not a cateragory any of my animals would fit in!
Paul needs to be stripped of the title "Humane Officer" since he does not know how to follow the law!
