Memphis Humane Society
They only want your money, Not the injured, starving animals

First of all. I worked for the Memphis Humane Society before I do what I do now. I was the night ambulance driver. My duties were to rescue injured animals and take them to the Emergency Vet on Summer Ave. Here in Memphis Tn. Out of the 76 animals I rescued, 76 were euthanized because it was cheaper. You can feed 10 animals for a month for what it cost to fix one broken pelvis bone on a dog or cat. The only animals that were saved were animals that looked good enought to adopt. If you were an ugly mutt or cat. You were as good as dead the minute they "RESCUED" you.

I have tried to get the Memphis Humane Society to pick up animals that we have found injured and starved. "No room". I have tried to report animal cruelty. "No time or investigator". The Memphis Humane Society has a PAID President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. But no room for injured animals. They want you to sign over your retirement, your estate, your property and any cash that you might have. BUT! They have no room for starved animals.

We tried again 2 weeks ago to have them rescue a sick starved stray. We are still waiting, feeding, medicating it untill they get a vacancy. The Memphis Humane Society is about making money for the Memphis Humane Society. It is not about helping animals. That is just a ruse.
