Ripoff

I was contacted by this company back in feb. Of this year staying i was approved for a grant to pay for the rest of my college education the amount was for 5500. All they needed for me was 349.00 so i said i get paid on the 12 of feb and they will deduct the money from my account which they did take and i will recieve my package of paper work to fll out within 6- 8 wks send it back in then i would recieve a check from an agency. I called and spoke to chris on march 25 about the package he ordered a reship on the package which he said i should get towards the end of april know it is june and i haven't gotten nothing. I stated to them i lost everything i owned during hurrican katrina and basically he said i couldn't get a refund until i receive my paper work how can this company do this and now i am screwed these people need to pay
