Order on June 4 still not recieved

I ordered a painted lady Tavern puzzle on June 4. I have not recieved this yet. I have sent many emails. I did recieve a postal address to check on my package. I have been checking on this postal address for quite awhile and it says they recievedconfirmation electronically that they should be recieving my package. It also states that there is no date of when they will recieve the package or when I will recieve my package. I just tried to go to the Worldwide Dept Store website and it states that it can not be found. I sent them an email and told them if I did not recieve a response I will be contacting the better business bureau.
