Ripoff debited bank account for services never approved or wanted ucted

Have found fradulent charges from this company (EzGreets) on my bank statement. On April 11 there was a charge for $39.95 and my bank tells me that there is another charge on May 11, for $9.95. I have never requested any form of service from this company. I suspect that this was possibly when answering a phone call about a "survey"

Ezgreets tells me that I signed up for the service on 4/7 by their representive over the phone. I DID NOT sign up for anything. They said they would deactivate the account and I would receive no future billings.

I sent them and email requesting my bank account be credited with these fraudulent charges.

Ezgreets reply to my email was that they would not refund these charges. Pure and simple Fraud.
