We were told we would be charged a one time fee of 10 dollars. We've been charged every month for over a year now

We were told we won a trip, and would be charged a "one time fee" of ten dollars. This was on January 31st 2006.
It is now May and we are still having ten dollars taken out of our account monthly. We have tried several times to contact them by phone, only to get a busy signal every time. If this keeps going on we will file legal action. Thank you consumer complaints.com
