Sueing for a credit card account that no longer exists

I am being sued for an account I'm not even sure exists. I have downloaded 2 different credit reports from Equifax and Experian. The account is not listed in my credit report.

Citibank is the credit card, who hired Unifund, who in turned hired Neuheisel.

I sent the Cease Letter (of which I have a copy) from the Bud Hibbs website, last fall. I am just now hearing about the account.

I'm not sure I can afford an attorney, and I'm sure I will need one.
