Charged my account over 235.00 for vacuum never received streamer Ripoff

Called and ordered from tv ad, was charged over 235.00 for item that should only charged total of 156.85. I have received the 2 vacuums but have received the steamer and attachemnts. Called every 800 number out there and always get the same answer someone will call you back.
