Ripoff lazy landlord who will NEVER return a deposit and try to charge you with items from previous tenants

This landlord will not do a pre or post inspection. They will not fix up the property at all and then try to take ALL of your deposit AND charge you to fix the place up when it was a craphole to begin with. They will not go by state laws required for landlords and think they are exempt from these laws. They refuse to make the place a safe home to live in.
