Trilegiant, National Home Protection Alliance unauthorized credit card charges $39.99 month

I've kept being charged $39.99 a month from my chase credit card since June from a TLG National Home Protection Alliance. I always thought that it was my home property insurance. But just today I realized that it is not. It is the unauthorized charge to my Chase credit card. I called this company, and I was told that I ever cashed their free member trial check $10. But they could not give me the date that I cashed it, and asked me to write a letter or fax a request to someone, and wait for 6 or 8 weeks to get the copy of that cashed check. I am 100% sure that I never cashed any free membership trial check, I got so many of them and I just junk them. I called Chase credit card, they can not help but refund the latest charge. I called my bank account to trace, but they can not say how long it will take. I searched internet, and I found so many complains about this company. It is so shameless. It is ripoff. They charged me for some membership I never heard of. Many complain talked about the long-time no response from this company for tracing something. I am not sure how long I can get what they said the cashed check copy or if I will get it for my life. I know that they just keep me wait and being silent. But I will not. I am writing this as an alert to other consumers. And if there is any way to deal with this shameless and notorious company Trilegiant, please share with me. What I can do now is to file the dispute with Chase Credit Card. I will appreciate your advice.
