The Auto Superstore Sold me a 2003 Honda Accord that had to be repurchased due to frame damage ripoff

On February 15 I purchased a 2003 Honda Accord from CarMax.in July I had the car serviced at the Honda Dealership and was told the frame was damaged and needed to be taken back to CarMax.

The GM, called me into his office and told me, "Yes, it has frame damage and we let one slip through the cracks." I was also told that I could not remove the car from the lot and was given a loaner. To make matters worse I was in the process of having major surgery within the next few weeks and had to look for a replacement car myself, and cancel the extended warranty (which no one bothered to tell me to cancel).

After much anguish and not being able to find another Accord, I chose a 2004 Mazda 3, that had been involved in an accident as well. I could never get them to agree that it was (the Mazda dealership said as a result of the front end alignment). My car rattled whether I turned left or right. Constantly popping as if the axle was about to give. I was paying for a extended warranty that basically covered nothing.

I traded the car in for a 2006 Honda Accord and will never by another used car, not even from a family member. One of CarMax's employee that lives in another state said that something is wrong with all of their cars, but supposedly have the best auto body/service centers. I'm ready for a class action lawsuit because there are at least 8 other individuals who willingly will join.

Maybe the companies, such as CitiFinancial Auto and whomever else does their financing should be apart of the lawsuit as well.
