Ripoff wrongful termination

I was employed by Civic Develoment Group in Harlan, Kentucky office #30 for around 4 years. When I had to take a medical LOA because of the birth and death of my child, I was terminated. I don't know how the company thinks they can get by with terminating someone that's on a LOA due to childbirth, but CDG terminated me.
I feel the only reason I was terminated because the regional manager was dating another manager who wasn't as high up as I was, and she wanted him to have my position. When I was terminated, this manager got my position and I had no explanation given to me on why I was terminated from my position as a supervisor.

The regional manager had lied to all of the people in corporate about me and had got me fired just so her boyfriend could have my position and now she is still lying to the corporate office about it. When I called the grievance line to get my job back, they told me I could return back to work as a TSR. When I told them that I was a supervisor, they told me that my position had been filled and I could only return as a TSR. There's no reason that I had to return as a TSR after I had done worked my way into management.

The grievance line is not confidental with none of the calls they receive, it's a joke. They called the Harlan office and the regional manager had heard everything I said. CDG is a joke and I wouldn't refer anyone to work there.
