HUGE RIPOFF, RTS Group / Kirby Vacumes don't pay employees and ripoff their customers

I had recently lost my job a couple of months ago, so I started looking in the paper and I saw this ad that said 2480 a month, no sales, no experience, start right away. I was desperate for money so I could pay my rent for the apartment I was living in so I called and they told me to come in for an interview that same day.

I went in and the man that interviewed me said he would give me a call after they reviewed my application. The next day he called and said he wanted me to start the following week for training at 7 o'clock. I asked what I would be doing exactly and he said I would be taking calls in the call center for the company at a different location, but training at this one.

I went to training and we started learning about a vacume and how to use it and set it up. I thought this is not right, something weird is going on. So then at the end of the day our so called trainer said we needed to go out and demo 8 different family members or friends to practice selling these vacumes.

I then asked my trainer named Clint, why he lied to me and he said I did'nt, you have to train in this area first before you can be in the call center. Before we left we were given price sheets of how much the vacume costs, I was shocked - 2,000 some odd dollars for this vacume, no way!

Of course no one wanted to buy the vacume in my demos, so I came back from the weekend to start my first day which was the day before Thanksgiving. I was to be there at 11:00 A.M. And I would get off at 6 because I had school that night. So we went in groups from house to house trying to sell these vacumes and I thought this is crazy, I'm quitting. I asked if I could be taken back to the company because we were all in one huge van and they said no. I didn't get back unitl eleven o'clock that night, I was furious.

My boss told me I was to be in tomorrow on Thanksgiving for God's sake, I just left and never came back. The day after Thanksgiving I called in to see if I could come and get my check for the hours I had worked and the receptionist told me that I don't get one because I didn't sell anything, I said well thats not what the contract said. I worked for a week and got nothing from it but a waste of time.

This company purposely teaches you to lie and pursade customers so they can get their money and screw everyone else. Albert is the owner of this company I don't know his last name but I know he is full of crap!
